Models are not allowed to share their contact information with EMODELS clients by any means such as email, phone, blackberry messenger or any other form of information exchange. Direct exposure of models contact information to EMODELS clients shall lead to direct termination of EMODELS representation of the model and its contract and any pending payments will be immediately cancelled.

If the model comes to a confirmed assignment with a different look than originally booked for or portfolio, EMODELS has the right to cancel the payment to the model.

Models agree that all content provided to EMODELS will be modified, edited, enhanced. Models agree that EMODELS logo will be added automatically to any digital content and any other form of logo or representation will be removed accordingly.
